EA James Harden NBA NBA Live 18

Professional basketball game NBA Live 18 will arrive on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 this coming September 15.

While waiting for its full release, fans can already try the free demo available for PlayStation Plus and Xbox Live Gold subscribers. The demo features "The Rise", a prologue section to the game's career mode, "The One". Any progress you make here can be carried over into the full game.

To encourage fans to play regularly, the demo will hold limited time events with special rules, rewards, and characters. Aside from that, players can enjoy a Play Now experience between the Cleveland Cavaliers and Golden State Warriors.

NBA Live 18's
chosen cover star is revealed to be James Harden of the Houston Rockets. Says Harden, "NBA LIVE 18 is all about creating your own identity and making your mark on the league, and I can definitely relate to that. If anybody knows about creativity it's me."

Those who pre-order the game now will get a 33% discount at participating retailers. EA Access members can get an additional 10% discount if they purchase a digital version of the game on Xbox Live.
