Welcome to this edition of Fan Art Sundaes, where we introduce you to the works of 24-year-old digital animator Julia Presbitero or "optberries", as she would like to be known.

Like many of our featured artists, Julia started drawing at an early age. She used to fill up sketchpads with drawings of tornadoes as well as fan art of Card Captor Sakura and the characters from the W.I.T.C.H. comics' series.

She has come a long way since drawing tornadoes. Her current style can be described as semi-realistic and is reminiscent of art that you see in animated feature films. This makes sense because Disney animated films have been a source of inspiration for Julia ever since she was a little kid.

Apart from this, she looks up to artists such as Loish, Victoria Ying, Mingjue Helen Chen, Hyamei, James Jean, and Kelsey Beckett.

Julia will always be a fan of anything Disney-related but she is also currently obsessed with Harry Potter, Steven Universe, and Wonder Woman.

And now, let's see some of her art! Check them out below and if you'd like to see more of her work, you can follow Julia on Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr and Facebook.
