for your favorite cartoons on TV can be tedious. Sometimes you just want to
indulge the child inside and watch some good family-friendly content. It's a
good thing media streaming services like HOOQ have sprung up recently to
provide us with a venue for our binge-watching pleasures.
Surprisingly, even kids love to spend hours watching their favorite shows. So HOOQ has done the younger generation a favor and added new content that caters specifically to their viewing needs. Partnerships with Nickelodeon, Nick. Jr., Kids Like Us, Hasbro, Turner and MoMedia, have allowed HOOQ to bring more shows for kids (and kids-at-heart) to watch. Families will soon be able to stream episodes of Spongebob SquarePants, Dora the Explorer, My Little Pony, Mr. Bean and a lot more. You can even rewatch older shows such as iCarly and HI-5.

delivering premium content for everyone in the Filipino family, and this includes
entertainment for kids. This is why we
are expanding our library to have over 500 hours of kids' content over the next
HOOQ recently showed off their new kid-centric collection by bringing together dozens of children to a Halloween-themed HOOQ Hangout. Entitled "SP-HOOQ-Y Halloween", the event brought droves of people (ourselves included) to the Globe Iconic Store in Bonifacio Global City last Friday, Oct. 21. It was here where audiences enjoyed an outdoor viewing of the animated horror-comedy film Monster House.
Before the movie started, kids got to participate in games and a magic show, while parents lounged in bean bags, blankets and cushions that were provided by HOOQ. Winners of the games and some of the young ones who arrived in costumes took home prizes and loot bags.
This is HOOQ's third hangout event and is dedicated to children. They plan to hold one every month with a different theme, so we'll probably watch out for the Christmas-themed hangout soon.
Aside from the new content, HOOQ also unveiled their redesigned app for mobile devices which was created with a customer-centric experience in mind. If you haven't tried HOOQ yet, you can visit www.hooq.tv to sign up for a 7-day free trial.
