Blizzard Fall Championship G7 HotS Heroes of the Storm Imperium Pro Team Skyline Go Team Hangout

Four teams from the Philippines have emerged victorious from the Qualifiers.  Imperium Pro Team, Skyline Go, G7 HotS and Team Hangout will battle it out in the Philippines National Finals for a chance to compete in the regional competitions and eventually in the global tournaments.

Here's what went down in the Qualifiers:

Held last August 13, 2016, Imperium Pro Team and Skyline Go fought their way to victory, earning them the first two slots to the National Finals.

The Imperium Pro team, formerly known as Renovatio, are the defending Southeast Asia champion from both the Spring and Summer Championships, so naturally expectations are high. For the Fall Championship, the team introduced a new line-up which includes the top players from Singapore. So far, this new line-up is doing well, but let's see how they'll fare in the National Finals.

Skyline Go, on the other hand, is also a veteran of HGC. They secured high ranks from the previous two seasons. Like Imperium Pro Team, the team changed their line-up for the Fall. If the Online Qualifier is any indication, Skyline Go is shaping up to be a top contender.

G7 HotS bagged the 3rd slot by winning in the Offline Qualifier. The team, consisting of young members, proved that age doesn't matter. The other teams better watch out because this team unleashes killer moves using specialist heroes like Xul and Nazeebo.

After losing in the Online Qualifier, Team Hangout redeemed themselves in the last qualifier and secured the fourth slot in the National Finals. Since they're the sister team of Skyline Go, Team Hangout had help from former Skyline members. Let's see if the leadership of these members can lead the team to victory in the Nationals.

The National Finals will take place on September 10 at the Coreongate Internet Café in Makati City, 10:00 AM onwards. The winner will represent the Philippines and move on to the Southeast Asia Regional in Thailand. If the Philippine team comes out on top in the regionals, they will be heading to the Heroes Global Circuit Fall Championship in BlizzCon 2016 in USA for a chance to win the prize of USD 1,000,000.00.
