TNC, not to be confused with your mother's TLC, is now a holdings company. Its new headquarters, located at 477 Felomina Building Quezon City, will house them as they focus on developing the eSports scene in the Philippines.
How will they do this? By focusing on games other than DOTA 2; that's how.
Apart from Valve's one-map game (of which TNC also has an all-woman team, TNC Amazons), the company is targeting titles such as League of Legends, Counter Strike: Global Offensive, Hearthstone, and more. Though the aforementioned titles already have corresponding teams, TNC plans to build more groups which give aspiring players a chance to make a name for themselves, as was founding Chairman Eric Redulfin's goal when the TNC Pro Team was first established.
This shift to a holdings company isn't just for the players, however. Like every money-making business, the company hopes this will allow them to establish an international presence. That means more internet shops, more late nights playing with online strangers, and more t-shirts than you can shoot out of a t-shirt cannon.
It's obvious the company has new projects in store, so best prepare for the near future.
